Make your country count.

CTMP is a plan designed to make power and clean water cost less. Add your voice to say: study it in my country first.

How it works

Three steps. Each one is public.

1

You add your voice.

Pick your country. Press one button. That is all. No name needed.

2
Level 1

Your country gets studied.

Every country has its own goal. It is set by how many people live there: 1 voice for every 2,000 people. So the number is different in every country. Canada needs 20,250 voices. India needs 720,000.

The first country to reach its own goal gets studied first. CTMP does the study together with that country's government, in public.

3
Level 2

Building can begin.

The Level 2 goal is 100 times bigger: 1 voice for every 20 people. Canada needs 2,025,000. India needs 72,000,000. When a country reaches it, the building process can begin. It starts small and grows one tested step at a time.

Level 1 and Level 2 are counted separately. Countries with fewer than 5 million people are counted too. They are part of a later group.

Who is closest to Level 1?

Each country is measured against its own size. A small country does not need as many voices as a big one.

    Why it matters

Part of every price is not the thing you buy. It is profit, interest and rent, added at each step on the way to you.

    One chain, many tolls

Almost everything you buy passes through the same steps.

    • StepTodayInside CTMP
    • Poweradds profit, interest, rentat cost
    • Wateradds profit, interest, rentat cost
    • Steel, concrete, fertilizeradds profit, interest, rentat cost
    • Machines and trucksadds profit, interest, rentat cost
    • Farms and factoriesadds profit, interest, rentat cost
    • Moving and sellingadds profit, interest, rentat cost
    • You payevery layer above, added togetherwhat it costs to make

Today, each step pays the price of the step before, with that step's profit, interest and rent already inside it, and then adds its own. Inside CTMP, each step supplies the next at cost. The workers at every step are paid.

    One head of lettuce

98the price of one head of lettuce, in our example
45is stacked on top. Inside CTMP, it is removed.
53is the cost of making it: the farmer, the workers, the truck, the shop
    • Stacked on top: 45
    • 19profit added on top of other profit
    • 14power priced higher than it costs to make
    • 6interest on loans
    • 6rent pushed up by speculation
    • The cost of making it: 53
    • 53Still paid inside CTMP. Power and materials at cost make it smaller.

Inside the platform, CTMP grows, processes and moves food with its own systems. Each stage supplies the next at cost. Workers are paid, equipment is maintained and replaced, and no profit is added between stages. This is an example from the CTMP Cost Floor Model, not a real shop's receipt.

Inside the platform, everything is sold at cost.

Workers are paid. Equipment is maintained and replaced. Investors earn 3 to 6% a year above inflation. Nothing is borrowed.

Outside the platform, CTMP sells for about 20% less than anyone else. Surplus from external sales helps fund the next module. Power is offered at a fixed 2.5¢ per kWh.

Prices inside the platform are CTMP plan figures.

    What exists today

The design is done. Nothing has been built yet.

    Done

    • ✓The full design: power, water, materials, money and ownership, planned together.
    • ✓The rules, written down: one fixed price for power, no debt, no special deals.
    • ✓A public record that anyone can read and question.

    Not done yet

    • ○Building. Nothing has been built yet.
    • ○The first small power station (50 megawatts). It is meant to test the design and power the first workshops.
    • ○Real results, measured by people outside CTMP.
